Latest Publication!
I received my copies of the Birmingham Arts Journal today - my poem's on page 45. A good feeling. No payment, just free copies and the joy of seeing a poem in print. CK :)
Stanza is the Italian word for "room," derived from the Latin word for "stopping place" or "place to take a stand."
"A stanza can be admirable in itself; a harmony of good stanzas can be even better."

About Me
I love to write and am always interested in learning more about creative writing and connecting with people who are interested in writing and being published. I write poetry and short stories and am a member of my local Writers' Guild. I also help facilitate our local poetry group. I do some freelance editing.
I'm happily married, and my husband and I have six children and nine grandchildren, two cats who think they own the place, and a sweet dog who tries to please everyone.
